Essential guide to your Paddle Surf rental In Tenerife

We require a security deposit to ensure the safe return of our equipment. In the past, we have encountered situations where items were not returned, which led to significant losses. The deposit serves as a safeguard, allowing us to continue offering high-quality rentals.
Additionally, if any equipment is returned damaged or with missing parts, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the deposit. The exact amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage or the cost of replacing the missing components. If the equipment is returned in the same condition as when it was rented, the full deposit will be refunded.

What are the available pickup and return hours?
We operate with specific time slots for pickup and return:
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Evening: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
These are the only times when you can pick up or return your equipment.
If you cannot return the equipment on the same afternoon, you must book the full-day rental, as the half-day option will not be available in that case.
Additionally, you have the option to pick up your equipment at 8:00 PM and keep it for a full day until 8:00 PM the following evening.

When picking up your equipment, you’ll need to bring your booking confirmation. For your paddleboard experience, we recommend bringing the following:
- Water
- Sunscreen
- Appropriate outdoor clothing for sea activities, such as swimwear or comfortable clothes
- Hat or sunglasses for sun protection
- Any other items you would typically bring for outdoor activities at sea.

The full-day rental (24 hours) is our standard pricing model, while the half-day rental is offered as a discounted option for those who only need the equipment for a shorter period.
The reason we require all equipment to be returned by 8:00 PM is to allow us to inspect, clean, and perform any necessary maintenance to ensure it is in perfect condition for the next customer. This process is essential for safety, quality control, and scheduling.
By returning the equipment in the evening, we can:
- Thoroughly check and clean all gear to ensure it is safe and well-maintained.
- Verify that all parts are returned and in good condition.
- Avoid delays or complications for customers picking up rentals the next morning.
- Provide a lower-cost option for those who only need the equipment for part of the day.
Ultimately, the price difference exists because keeping the equipment for 24 hours means we lose the ability to rent it the next morning, while half-day returns allow us to keep everything running smoothly for all customers.
