Essential guide to your rental In Tenerife
Where a guarantee is required, you can choose a refundable cash deposit or leave a valid physical ID or passport for the duration of the rental. The cash deposit amount is shown for your selected equipment before you confirm the booking.
If equipment is returned damaged or with missing parts, the cost of repairs or replacements will be assessed.

Yes. Our paddleboards are inflatable and are supplied deflated in a carrying bag. A manual pump is included so you can inflate the board before using it.
You can also add an electric inflator to your booking if you prefer. It takes around 12 minutes to inflate a board.
When picking up your equipment, you’ll need to bring your booking confirmation and a valid ID or Passport. For your paddleboard experience, we recommend bringing the following:
Each billed rental day covers up to 24 hours of use. You can return equipment earlier, but the minimum charge is one rental day. There is no separate half-day rate.
For example, a two-hour rental is charged as one day, and a 25-hour rental is charged as two days. The price for your selected dates and quantity is shown before booking. Accessories and any cash deposit are listed separately.
Prior paddleboarding experience is not required to rent the equipment. Choose an activity and conditions that suit your ability, and ask us any questions before booking.
If you prefer to paddle seated, you can add a seat and double paddle for €3 per board, per booking. Select this accessory on the paddleboard page.
The deflated paddleboard fits in a bag measuring approximately 88 cm high, 40 cm wide and 27 cm deep. Check the space available in your vehicle before collection.
Delivery is not currently available. Equipment is collected and returned in Alcalá, near Los Gigantes, at the times selected in your booking.

If an official meteorological alert is issued for the entire island, we will cancel your reservation and offer a full refund. You can consult weather forecasts on Windy.com when planning your activity.
Open the equipment page and choose your pickup and return dates and times in the same calendar. Select the quantity, any accessories and the guarantee option, then continue to checkout to enter your contact details and confirm the booking.
Payment is made on collection. You do not need to pay online to confirm your booking.
Choose from the available pickup and return slots between 09:00 and 23:00, in Canary Islands time. Your booking must be made at least 24 hours before pickup.
If you need equipment at shorter notice, contact us on WhatsApp to ask whether it can be arranged.
Yes. On the snorkeling pack page, choose the quantities of S/M and L/XL fins independently. Both start at zero, so select at least one pack. The size selection applies to the fins; the mask has one standard size.
